You will be part of the HR Strategy, Transformation & Digital function in Doha, Qatar, supporting a recently established HRBI team tasked with an exciting mission.
Your mission- Supercharge HR decision‑making with creating and maintaining insightful dashboards and deep‑dive analytics.
- Collaborate internally and externally to centralise HR data across all business functions and a variety of robust HR systems into our Data Warehouse.
- Work with massive datasets to uncover trends in hiring, attrition, mobility and more.
- Shape the future of People Analytics, integrating AI‑driven insights, forecasting and automation.
- Be a trusted advisor to our stakeholders, delivering insights that can influence major workforce strategies.
- Your work will be seen by 500+ colleagues, including C‑suite leaders.
- You’ll build and improve real‑time dashboards that make an impact that matters.
- You’ll have the freedom to innovate and express your creativity – new KPI ideas or visualisations welcome.
- You’ll act independently in delivering game‑changing projects.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer/Data Science, Engineering or Economics.
- You have at least 4 years of experience with large‑scale, complex datasets, emphasising data visualisation, reporting and analytics.
- You are proficient in SQL – able to write, read, optimise and execute queries to extract, transform, join, analyse and automate data.
- You have strong knowledge of data visualisation tools (MS Power BI, Tableau) and productivity tools (MS Excel, Power Query).
- Your critical‑thinking skills are high; you are comfortable with numbers, statistics, data modelling tools and an “eye for details”.
- You can develop training materials and conduct end‑user training sessions, explaining complex relationships simply.
- You enjoy working in a team‑oriented environment and are a strong team player willing to help teammates.
- You are comfortable voicing opinion backed by data, delivered in compelling storytelling.
- Large‑scale data challenges in fast‑paced environments, especially related to people data.
- Large airline or organisations with 10 000+ FTEs, managing BI tools and/or data‑warehouse or data‑governance projects.
- Cloud technologies and AI/ML features (GCP, Azure).
- Automation, coding or programming skills relevant to data analytics (e.g. Python).
- Demonstrated experience applying and understanding Data Governance principles.
- Additional education, certification or qualification from a reputable authority in Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, AI, Mathematics or Statistics.
