Provide advanced technical and system administration support for infrastructure and client systems.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and manage client systems such as SCCM, BMC, and Nexthink.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on servers, networks, and security systems.
- Participate in new project implementations and system migrations.
- Maintain Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 environments.
- Handle endpoint protection, encryption, and patch management.
- Implement and monitor Change Management for system configurations.
- Conduct routine system health checks and audits.
- Support Tier 2 and Tier 3 incident resolution.
- Prepare technical reports and configuration documentation.
