We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Developer to design, develop, and support complex ERP enhancements and integrations. This role focuses on delivering high-quality RICEW components, supporting core Oracle ERP modules, and collaborating closely with business, functional, and technical teams. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe developer will configure and deliver enhancements and fixes across Oracle EBS, with a strong focus on RICEW objects using PL/SQL. Responsibilities include developing customized queries, reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, menus, functions, and workflows, as well as supporting integrations with third‑party systems such as supplier collaboration portals and logistics platforms.
The role involves building and supporting workflows in areas such as AME, Purchasing, and other Oracle modules, leveraging forms personalization and advanced Oracle development techniques. You will support both technical and functional configurations, including table extensions, to enhance the usability and supportability of Inventory, Fixed Assets, Supply Chain, and Finance modules, as well as other integrated systems.
You will analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical designs, including process flows, functional specifications, and technical design documents. Ensuring data security, application performance, and adherence to Oracle and organizational best practices is a key responsibility.
The developer will facilitate and support testing for enhancements, patches, upgrades, and Release Update Packs (RUPs), diagnose and resolve production issues, and work closely with DBAs, system administrators, middleware teams, and functional users to ensure smooth deployments and stable operations. You will design, develop, deploy, test, and maintain custom Oracle technical objects in production environments, including reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions.
Additional responsibilities include supporting WebADI deployments, developing and maintaining OAF pages, assisting system administrators with custom responsibilities, menus, security profiles, and user provisioning, and engaging Oracle vendor support through service requests when required. Strong collaboration with business analysts and application super users is essential to deliver effective and reliable ERP solutions.
Qualifications & ExperienceA Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is required, along with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite technical development. Strong expertise in PL/SQL, RICEW components, workflows, and Oracle ERP modules is essential. Experience with AME, Oracle Workflow, OAF, and WebADI is required. Applicable certifications are a plus.
Language RequirementBilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (reading and writing) is required.
