We are recruiting a QA Lead (Automation) to join our Business Operations team and drive quality assurance across complex internal systems.

• Lead the development of automated test strategies, test plans, and test suites for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks to ensure high test coverage across platforms.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand technical implementations and define testing approaches.
• Define best practices for automation architecture, code quality, and reusability.
• Own the end-to-end test automation process, from test planning to execution and reporting.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support fast and reliable deployments.
• Track, report, and manage bugs in coordination with engineering teams.
• Continuously improve automation efficiency, performance, and scalability.

• 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 3 years in test automation roles.
• Strong experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar).
• Proven ability to lead QA processes in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, or Git Lab CI.
• Experience designing and building robust test automation frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent in English – both verbal and written.
• Nice to have:
  Experience with Salesforce testing, Service Cloud, SOQL, or Apex automation.
• Bonus:
  Salesforce certifications or exposure to AI‑based testing tools.
