Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Application Specialist to join our team, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. This role requires a versatile professional who can handle both functional and technical aspects of Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, while also developing innovative applications using Power Platform technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Dynamics 365 CRM (Primary Focus)
- Configuration & Customization:
Configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules to meet business requirements and perform advanced customizations - Development:
Design and develop custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform using appropriate development tools and methodologies - Maintenance & Support:
Maintain and optimize existing Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, ensuring system performance and reliability - Integration Management:
Implement and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other business systems - Technical Documentation:
Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for all implementations
Power Platform Development (Secondary Focus)
- Canvas Applications:
Design and develop Canvas apps to address specific business needs - Model-Driven Applications:
Create and customize model-driven applications with seamless integration capabilities - Power Platform Integration:
Implement integrations across Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Advanced Capabilities (Plus/Preferred)
- AI Builder Implementation:
Leverage AI Builder capabilities to create intelligent business solutions - Advanced Analytics:
Implement AI-powered features to enhance business processes and decision-making
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM: 3+ years of hands‑on experience with functional and technical implementation
- Power Platform:
Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI - Development:
Experience with customization and development within Microsoft ecosystem - Integration:
Strong background in system integration methodologies and tools - Database Management:
Understanding of data modeling and database concepts
Functional Skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Experience in business process analysis and optimization
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Project management and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- AI Builder:
Demonstrated experience with AI Builder capabilities and implementation - Certifications:
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform - Industry
Experience:
Previous experience in relevant industry sectors
