• Skill Set : Smart Meter (Electric & Water)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Smart Metering, specifically in Electric and Water sectors. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in managing projects related to Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), Meter Data Management (MDM) systems, and related technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of Smart Meter technologies, as well as excellent project management skills to lead cross functional teams and ensure successful project delivery.

• Lead and manage projects related to Smart Metering and AMI systems from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including technical teams, vendors, and clients, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Smart Metering and AMI systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities in Smart Meter technologies.

• Strong knowledge of Smart Meter technologies for Electric and Water.
• Proven experience in managing AMI/MDM systems and related projects.
• Expertise in system troubleshooting, asset management, and integration with HES and CIS.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.

• Experience in IT Technical Support, Quality Assurance, and Document Control.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in the Smart Metering industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in project management, specifically in Smart Metering and AMI systems.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
