Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in the Banking and Financial Services domain to lead and deliver complex, high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, coordinating cross-functional and multi-stakeholder teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and regulatory compliance
.

• Lead and manage large-scale banking projects from initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including business teams, IT, vendors, and senior management
  .
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, risk management, and security standards
  .
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level documentation
  .
• Manage project budgets, resource planning, and allocation.
• Drive project execution using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
  , as appropriate.
• Ensure quality assurance and successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within Banking or Financial Services
  .
• Strong understanding of banking processes including:
• Core Banking
• Payments
• Lending
• Digital Banking
• Experience working with regulatory and compliance frameworks
  .
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  .
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
  .
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
  .
• Experience working with global or distributed teams
  .
• Exposure to digital transformation, system migration, or core banking implementation projects
  .
