Responsibilities- Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing to ensure product stability and performance.
- Write and execute test cases and develop test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product, and engineering teams to investigate issues and resolve bugs.
- Use tools like Selenium, Postman, or similar to support automation and API testing.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of the agile team.
- Ensure documentation of testing processes and help maintain a quality‑first mindset across teams.
- Stay updated on QA trends and continuously improve testing strategies.
- Basic understanding of manual testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
- Good knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing.
- Clear understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication skills to report, document, and discuss issues.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced tech environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
