QA Tester (Manual & Automation)

We’re hiring a QA Tester (Manual & Automation) with 0–1 year of experience who is passionate about quality, detail‑oriented, and curious about finding bugs others miss. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and functionality of our software products across domains.

• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing to ensure product stability and performance.
• Write and execute test cases and develop test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product, and engineering teams to investigate issues and resolve bugs.
• Use tools like Selenium, Postman, or similar to support automation and API testing.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of the agile team.
• Ensure documentation of testing processes and help maintain a quality‑first mindset across teams.
• Stay updated on QA trends and continuously improve testing strategies.

• Basic understanding of manual testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Good knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing.
• Clear understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication skills to report, document, and discuss issues.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced tech environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
