• Plan and manage IT projects by translating business requirements into clear specifications and ensuring approval from relevant stakeholders.
• Design and implement business solutions and processes that integrate multiple departments to improve efficiency.
• Lead project scoping, effort estimation, resource planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Facilitate discussions with business process owners on project scope, deliverables, and expectations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve any issues, scope changes, or conflicts effectively.
• Develop, review, and execute test plans to verify quality of deliverables.
• Implement project deliverables with minimal disruption to daily business operations.
• Conduct quality reviews, performance analysis, and recommend enhancements.
• Communicate project updates clearly to ensure visibility and understanding across all stakeholders.
• Support project governance, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and vendors as required.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proven track record managing software and business-oriented projects in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, project planning, stakeholder management, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and drive results.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Practitioner preferred.
• Strong facilitation, coordination, and team collaboration abilities.
