We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity & Access Management Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise IAM solutions using SailPoint Identity
IQ (IIQ). This role combines functional consulting, technical development, system integration, and security architecture, supporting complex enterprise and higher-education environments. The ideal candidate has deep hands‑on SailPoint IIQ experience and strong collaboration skills, with bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English preferred.
The consultant will design and implement identity and access management solutions using SailPoint IIQ, working closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into effective IAM designs. Responsibilities include analyzing, designing, and deploying customized IAM solutions that meet approved functional and security requirements.
The role involves administering SailPoint IIQ environments, including installation, upgrades, integrations, cloning, backup and recovery, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting. You will develop and maintain custom connectors using Java and the SailPoint IIQ API, along with workflows, rules, forms, certifications, roles, and access policies. The consultant will configure and deploy standard and custom connectors, including integrations with Azure AD, web services, databases, directories, and application servers.
You will integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise applications such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Ellucian Banner, Blackboard, Oracle ERP, SharePoint, Drupal, Digital Measures (Watermark), Evision Argos, Oracle BI, and other business systems. Responsibilities also include implementing SSL certificates, designing and enforcing security and SSO policies, deploying Single Sign-On (SSO) with Azure AD and other providers, and optimizing SSO performance.
The role requires performance tuning of IAM solutions, coordinating with network, database, system, and functional teams to ensure secure and reliable integrations, configuring proxies and security headers, and validating network connectivity and firewall requirements. You will produce design documents, test cases, and integration reports, support application testing, and evaluate solution outcomes.
Additional responsibilities include delivering technical training, conducting knowledge‑sharing sessions, maintaining technical and end‑user documentation, creating vendor support tickets, and managing incident and change requests for CAB approval with proper solution documentation.
Qualifications & ExperienceA Bachelor's degree in an IT‑related field is required, along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in identity and access management. Hands‑on SailPoint Identity
IQ (IIQ) experience is mandatory. Strong Java development experience and enterprise integration expertise are highly desirable.
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (reading and writing) is preferred.
