Junior IT Support

We are looking for a Junior IT & ELV Support staff to assist our technicians and clients with day-to-day support, installations, and troubleshooting. If you enjoy solving technical problems and want to grow your career in IT & ELV systems, this role is for you.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- 2–4 years experience in IT support / basic networking
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or Networking
- Certifications like CCNA / MCSA are an added advantage
- Qatar Driving License is a plus (not mandatory)
- Transferable visa with NOC is a must
- Willingness to learn ELV systems (CCTV, access control, etc.)
- Basic hands‑on experience with CCTV systems (installation / configuration / troubleshooting)
- Exposure to biometric / access control systems
- Familiarity with firewalls & network security concepts
- Experience with switch configuration, LAN cabling, Wi‑Fi, and printer setup
- Ability to support end‑users onsite (PC, email, network issues)
