NOC Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented NOC Engineers (L1) to join our team. The ideal candidates will monitor and manage network, server, and application infrastructure, providing first-level support to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

• Monitor network, server, and application dashboards for alerts and performance issues.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting on network and system-related incidents.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
• Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams promptly.
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors to resolve connectivity or hardware issues.
• Maintain accurate incident documentation and prepare shift handover reports.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as Fresh Service, Ivanti, or similar.
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Solar Winds, or Azure native tools.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in 24/7 shift rotations.

• Certifications such as Azure, CCNA, Network+, ITIL Foundation, or similar.
