The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing contact center data to support operational efficiency, workforce planning, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities- Analyze operational and performance data within a contact center environment
- Perform workforce management activities including forecasting, scheduling, and real-time monitoring
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis within a contact center environment
- Proven Workforce Management (WFM) expertise
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
