Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) professional to support the design, deployment, and operation of enterprise identity, privileged access, and governance capabilities across hybrid and cloud environments.

The role focuses on securing user, service, and privileged identities while supporting Zero Trust initiatives, regulatory compliance, and secure access across complex IT and operational environments.

Key Responsibilities IAM Engineering & Operations

• Deploy, configure, and operate enterprise IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, and identity federation
  .
• Design and manage IAM architectures across public cloud and hybrid environments
  .
• Implement identity services across multiple cloud platforms
  , including centralized authentication and authorization.
• Provide technical input into IAM roadmaps, architectural decisions, and security improvements.
• Support Zero Trust access models and adaptive authentication strategies.
• Integrate IAM solutions across on-premise systems and operational environments
  .
• Perform regular access reviews to reduce excessive or inappropriate privileges.

Privileged Access Management (PAM)

• Implement and administer Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Enforce least‑privilege and Just‑In‑Time (JIT) access for privileged accounts.
• Configure privileged session monitoring, recording, and auditing.
• Conduct periodic privileged access reviews and attestations.
• Manage emergency and break‑glass access procedures.

Identity Lifecycle Management

• Automate Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) identity lifecycle processes.
• Implement provisioning and de‑provisioning workflows across enterprise systems.
• Design and enforce Role‑Based (RBAC) and Attribute‑Based (ABAC) access models.
• Secure and manage service accounts and non‑human identities

Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)

• Deploy and operate Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms.
• Configure access certification campaigns and recurring reviews.
• Implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls and conflict detection.
• Produce compliance reports, audit trails, and evidence for assurance activities.

Cloud Identity & Federation

• Integrate IAM solutions across multi‑cloud environments
  .
• Configure cross‑platform identity federation and single sign‑on.
• Secure cloud‑native identities, permissions, and service accounts.
• Implement access controls for cloud workloads and applications.
• Monitor identity‑related risks and remediate control gaps.
• Produce IAM dashboards, metrics, and executive‑level reporting.
• Support investigations and incident response activities related to IAM and PAM.
• Ensure identity controls align with information security standards and regulatory requirements
  .
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams on identity requirements.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in IAM engineering, operations, and PAM implementation
  .
• Proven experience deploying and managing enterprise IAM, PAM, and IGA platforms
  .
• Strong technical background in directory services and access control models
  .
• Experience integrating IAM with enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and APIs.
• Ability to operate effectively in large, regulated enterprise environments.
• Arabic language proficiency preferred
  .

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related discipline
  .

Certifications (Preferred)

• CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent security certifications
• Cloud security certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• IAM / PAM platform certifications
