Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Engineer to take charge of daily IT support operations and lead Service Desk/IT Support team.
What you'll do:- Lead & mentor IT support teams
- Manage daily operations, workload, and escalations
- Identify process improvements & drive automation
- Support asset management and store updates
- Generate monthly performance reports
- 5–7 years of IT support experience
- 2+ years in a senior/supervisory role
- Exposure to ITSM tools
- Understanding of ITIL fundamentals
- Great communication & leadership skills
- ITIL certification
- Intune knowledge
