Role Overview
We are seeking seasoned ICT leaders to join as Consultant or Senior Consultant. These roles provide strategic direction, high‑level advisory, and governance over enterprise technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role involves shaping digital strategies, overseeing enterprise architecture, ensuring cybersecurity resilience, and guiding major transformation programs at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a strategic advisor on ICT strategy, governance, and enterprise architecture.
- Lead organization‑wide digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
- Oversee ICT governance frameworks, compliance, and risk management.
- Define technology investment strategies, budgets, and sourcing models.
- Provide high‑level guidance on cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Represent the ICT function in executive leadership and board‑level discussions.
- Drive organizational ICT vision and digital roadmap for the next 5–10 years.
- Influence national or sector‑level ICT policy and strategic decisions (if applicable).
- Lead large‑scale, multi‑vendor technology programs exceeding enterprise scope.
- Act as a mentor and coach to executive ICT leadership teams.
- Represent the organization in global ICT forums and thought leadership initiatives.
- Education:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - Consultant: 17–19 years of experience in ICT leadership, digital transformation, and strategic advisory roles.
- Senior Consultant: 20+ years of experience at the highest levels of ICT leadership, including executive and consulting positions.
- Exceptional expertise in ICT strategy, enterprise architecture, and governance frameworks.
- Strong track record in leading national‑scale or enterprise‑wide ICT initiatives.
- Expertise in cybersecurity, emerging technologies, and digital innovation.
- High‑level negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence policy, budgets, and organizational direction.
- TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL Expert, CISM, CISSP, PMP, or other senior‑level ICT governance certifications.
