This UI/UX Designer role is critical to bringing that vision to life, moving beyond theory to engineer the specific, robust data solutions that will power our most strategic projects and deliver measurable value.

Job Description

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for delivering end-to-end user experience and interface design across multiple digital products. This includes user research, journey mapping, wire framing, visual design, prototyping, usability testing, and design system development.

The designer will work closely with product managers, engineers, business SMEs, and data teams to ensure every interface is intuitive, visually consistent, and optimized for productivity within an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Experience Strategy

  • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and contextual inquiries across field, engineering, and corporate user groups.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, workflows, and use‑case scenarios for digital products.
  • Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and user needs to inform design decisions and solution improvements.
  • Translate complex business processes into clear, simple, and meaningful user experiences.

Interface Design & Prototyping

  • Design intuitive, responsive, and modern interfaces using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and UI mockups aligned with product objectives.
  • Develop and evolve a consistent design system, including reusable components, typography, iconography, and color schemes.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all products and adherence to corporate design guidelines.

Usability Testing & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design solutions.
  • Collect feedback, analyze findings, and iterate designs to enhance usability and adoption.
  • Collaborate with product teams to continuously improve user experience based on analytics, user behavior, and field insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product managers to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and experience requirements.
  • Partner with software developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
  • Cooperate with data teams to design data visualizations, dashboards, and AI-powered interfaces that are clear and actionable.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, demos) to support iterative product delivery.
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in UI/UX roles within enterprise, industrial, or complex multi-user environments.
  • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools:
    Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro.
  • Strong knowledge of design systems, visual design principles, and responsive UI design.
  • Experience creating dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical interfaces (Power BI experience is a plus).
