What you will doYou will provide second‑line IT support to employees, manage workstations, and contribute to the efficient operation of the IT infrastructure. These tasks are performed 100% on site.
- Provide general IT support to users via phone, email, and in person (Windows and macOS).
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
- Support the use of Microsoft 365 applications.
- Reinstall and image Windows PCs using MS InTune.
- Troubleshoot user account and access rights issues.
- Meeting Room Support:
Provide support for the use of Logitech meeting room equipment. - Basic troubleshooting of audio and video issues in meeting rooms.
- Register and document incidents and solutions in the ticketing system. We use Service Now; any experience with this platform is a plus.
- Prepare short user guides and documentation.
- Report common problems and trends.
- Collaborate with other IT staff and departments.
- Communicate effectively with users in English.
- Actively contribute to improving IT processes and procedures.
- Perform local troubleshooting.
- Collaboration with local suppliers.
- Assist with onsite Hardware interventions.
- Follow up tickets.

Who you are- You have demonstrable experience reinstalling Windows PCs.
- You have extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Logitech meeting room equipment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience working in a large corporate environment.
- Good team player, strong social skills.
This set of tasks forms a basis and can always be adjusted to specific needs.
