Job Summary: The CRM Technical Consultant is responsible for designing, customizing, and implementing CRM solutions to meet business requirements. This role involves translating functional needs into technical specifications, developing integrations, and ensuring optimal performance of CRM systems. The consultant also provides technical support, training, and documentation to ensure successful adoption and utilization of CRM platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Customize and configure CRM applications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce).
  • Develop workflows, plugins, scripts, and integrations with other systems.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and deliverables.
  • Install and deploy CRM solutions across environments.
  • Integrate CRM with ERP, marketing automation, and other business applications.
  • Manage data migration and ensure data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related technical issues.
  • Perform system upgrades and apply patches.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize configurations.
  • Work closely with business analysts and functional consultants.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users and internal teams.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Years of experience in CRM technical roles (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft best practices and solution architecture.
  • Strong expertise in Power Platform:
    Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
  • Ability to create technical and functional design documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM customization, configuration, workflows, and business process flows.
  • Experience with integrations using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, or middleware tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL, SSRS/SSIS, Fetch

    XML, and data migration tooling.
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Arabic speaker is a plus.
  • Having Microsoft Certifications is preferable.
