Test Lead (Cards and Payment Testing)

We are currently looking for a Test Lead for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Key Skills &

Competencies:

• Support manual and automation testing
• Base
  24 and settlement testing knowledge
• Comprehensive test case preparation for both manual and automation testing
• Strong understanding of cards lifecycle (debit / credit / prepaid), merchant acquiring and 3 D Secure flows
• Hands‑on expertise with Base
  24 Prime 4 MPGS payment gateway APIs and settlement engines
• Knowledge of SQL PL / SQL for data validation, analysis and reconciliation reports
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum frameworks with tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ISO 8583 message formats and card scheme mandates
• Understanding of dispute resolution systems (Visa Resolve Online, Mastercard DDRS)
• Domain expertise: cards payments, merchant acquiring, dispute management, reconciliation, digital transformation
