• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, etc.).
• Provide remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation.
• Participate in execution of networking projects, including site visits, technical evaluation, installation, implementation, and NRFU testing.
• Maintain and support the Customer/MEEZA’s LAN/WAN environment.
• Provide remote support to on‑site engineers, senior engineers and end users/customers during installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date network documentation including rack layouts and network inventory details.
• Adhere to all information‑security policies and procedures of MEEZA’s network and security standard architecture.
• Be willing to work flexible hours and on weekends as per business requirements.
• Collaborate, take initiative and complete tasks in an unsupervised environment.
• Exhibit high interpersonal skills including politeness and a positive general outlook.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Academic & Professional Qualifications
  :
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent; at least one CCNP certification specialization from Cisco; ITIL v3 Foundation certification.
• Experience
  : 5‑6 years in information technology or a similar field.
• Skills
  :
  Good understanding of project planning; strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) skills; enterprise‑level network and operations experience; routing and switching (L2/L3) knowledge; routing protocols (OSPF, BGP);
  Service Provider/MPLS L3
  
  VPN networks; network security products (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Forti Gate firewalls, Cisco ISE); enterprise and service‑provider routers and switches (Cisco ISR, ASR, Cisco Catalyst/Aruba); data‑centre technologies (Cisco Nexus 7K/5K/2K); network and server load balancers (F5, A10); basic Cisco wireless networks;
  Cisco Unified Communications (plus); any network management system (Cisco Prime, MRTG/PRTG, HP OVO); report preparation;
  Visio diagramming skills.
