Contract: 1-year, project based contract, full-time. We're seeking a vibrant and dynamic Communications Lead to spearhead communications for our Microsoft Copilot adoption initiatives. • Lead communication strategy and execution for the Microsoft Copilot project in collaboration with Microsoft.
• Act as the primary liaison between Te Knowledge, Microsoft, and government stakeholders.
• Translate technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and client‑facing materials.
• Identify communication opportunities to enhance project visibility and adoption.
• Support change management and user engagement efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline – required.
• Master’s degree – preferred.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent command of English.
• 3–7 years of experience in technology communications or a similar client‑facing role.
• Proven experience in technology or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, digital transformation, and enterprise tech.
• Exceptional soft skills: articulate, personable, and persuasive.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English for clear, persuasive messaging.
• Creative thinker with a flair for storytelling and visual communication.
• Experience working with or alongside Microsoft technologies is a plus.
