ABOUT

THE ROLE
Edge is launching a new technology ecosystem across all branches. We're looking for a hands‑on specialist who can connect devices, configure systems, coordinate with software partners, and support rollout across multiple sites.

• Learn the gym management platform backend and understand data structures and workflows.
• Gather requirements from operations (front desk, trainers, management) and translate them into clear technical deliverables.
• Coordinate with the external software partner to manage (feature requests, testing/UAT, and issue resolution).
• Improvements and deployment tracking.
• Support data migration and onboarding during rollout.

• Coordinate installation, wiring, network setup, and configuration of ZKTeco devices (facial recognition, access control, attendance).
• GANTNER access systems integrated with Apple Wallet (mobile/NFC access).
• Turnstiles, gates, and door controllers.
• Manage server setup, LAN routing, device wiring, IP configuration, and network readiness.
• Test and validate that Apple Wallet and access systems function reliably across branches.

• Train branch teams on system usage, workflows, and troubleshooting.
• Create SOPs, quick guides, and internal documentation.
• Be on‑site during launches to ensure a smooth go‑live experience.

• Strong understanding of servers, networking, wiring, and device configuration.
• Experience integrating hardware + software systems, especially access control.
• Familiarity with ZKTeco, GANTNER, or similar platforms.
• Experience with payment gateway integration and subscription workflows.
• Working knowledge of APIs (REST, webhooks) and interpreting logs/payloads.
• Ability to translate operational needs into technical tasks.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow‑up skills.
