Chief Technology Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end IT function, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing technology operations.
• Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, communication systems, databases, and disaster recovery/backups.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, standards, governance frameworks, and multi-year technology roadmaps.
• Direct the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise software, platforms, and hardware solutions.
• Drive cybersecurity initiatives, risk mitigation, and incident response protocols.
• Manage daily IT operations, ensuring minimal downtime, rapid issue resolution, and operational continuity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical team fostering innovation, accountability, and efficiency.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate solutions to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data protection policies, and IT governance standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and business units to align technology initiatives with organizational priorities and ROI.

• Minimum 15 years’ progressive experience in IT leadership, technical operations, and strategic planning.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise IT environments, including Microsoft Windows, MS-SQL, Exchange, Citrix Virtualization, Cisco networks, and client/server systems.
• Proven track record in managing IT projects from inception to delivery in web development, systems management, or enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications in, Citrix, ITIL, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of open-source software management/development is an advantage.
