As an AI Product Manager, you will help design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve user experience, and drive innovation. This role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless AI implementation and maintenance.

• support the team to enable the product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle.
• drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross‑functional team members in the pod.
• support the product owner within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers.
• ensure the product is tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end‑user testing and research insights).
• support the pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals.
• ensure the quality and compliance of the product, covering technical and non‑functional requirements such as production stability, performance and maintainability.

• working in agile environments with an understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management.
• background in data science, machine learning engineering, or applied research is a significant plus.
• exposure to product marketing, customer success, and change management in AI contexts.
• supporting outcome‑focused goals, such as using OKRs; a team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset, and analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels.
