We're looking for a skilled
Dev Sec Ops  Engineer
to join our team. In this role, you'll collaborate across development, operations, and security functions to strengthen our infrastructure, embed security in every stage of the development lifecycle, and ensure reliability 'll be responsible for automating processes, maintaining compliance with security standards, and enabling secure, high-performance systems in cloud and containerized environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable environments on AWS and Azure.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS Cloud Formation.
• Ensure system reliability, cost optimization, and performance efficiency.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters for containerized workloads.
• Oversee deployments, upgrades, networking, and system observability.
• Strengthen cluster resilience, performance, and security.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Enforce security frameworks aligned with
  PCI DSS
  and related compliance requirements.
• Configure and manage firewalls, IAM, and network segmentation.
• Deploy and maintain centralized logging and monitoring (ELK stack).
• Support incident detection, response, and SOC reporting standards.

Operations & Reliability

• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops workflows.
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Document systems and support internal/external security audits.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 3+ years managing AWS and Azure infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance and cloud security best practices.
• Some experience with ELK stack, firewall configuration, and IAM.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in fintech or payment technology environments.
• Familiarity with Dev Sec Ops  principles and automation frameworks.
• Certifications such as
  AWS Sys Ops Administrator
  ,
  CISSP
  , or
  CISM
  .
