We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to support the full setup, development, and daily operation of our upcoming jewelry e-commerce platform. The role requires hands‑on involvement in website coordination, backend management, product listings, and operational workflows — ensuring a seamless online shopping experience and smooth collaboration between marketing, logistics, and development teams.

Visa will be provided free of cost by the company for candidates outside of Qatar.

• Plan and execute the complete setup of the e-commerce platform, including platform structure, website development coordination, product categorization, inventory setup, order management systems, return/refund policies, integration of shipping/logistics partners, defining operational workflows, and optimizing the overall customer journey.
• Manage day-to-day website operations — product uploads, pricing, descriptions, imagery, and overall website accuracy.
• Ensure the website is consistently updated, fully functional, and aligned with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.
• Develop and implement e‑commerce strategies to increase website traffic, conversions, and online sales performance.
• Handle order processing, fulfilment tracking, and coordination with courier/shipping partners.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support promotions, product launches, and digital campaigns.
• Identify and implement improvements across the customer journey — checkout flow, payment gateway, returns, and after‑sales experience.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Shopify/Woo Commerce dashboards, and performance data to track and report e‑commerce metrics.
• Understand and apply basic SEO principles, product tagging, and content optimization.
• Stay updated on emerging AI tools, automation, and e‑commerce technology trends that could enhance efficiency or customer engagement.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to support e‑commerce campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.

• 3–4 years of experience in e‑commerce platforms & operations, preferably in retail, jewelry, or luxury brands.
• Proficient with Shopify, Woo Commerce (Word Press), Magento, or similar e‑commerce platforms.
• Working knowledge of SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of inventory, order fulfilment, and logistics processes.
• Knowledge of email marketing tools, newsletters, and Whats App business tools for customer engagement and communication.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and tools like Canva or similar content editing software.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and provide regular reports, insights, and innovative strategies to the reporting manager.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The total package includes: basic salary, incentives, accommodation, transportation, and other benefits.

• Salary Range: QR 2000 – QR 3500 (with accommodation and transportation benefits)
• Accommodation:

  Provided when the workplace is assigned beyond a reasonable commuting distance.
• Visa:

• Air Ticket:
  One round‑trip economy‑class ticket every 24 months of service.
• Leave/Vacation: 60 working days of paid leave upon completing two years of continuous service.
• Health:
  Government health card for access to government health centers and hospitals.
• Gratuity: 21 days' salary for every completed year of service, based on the final basic salary (applicable after one year of employment).
