Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for end‑user support, IT infrastructure management, and technology operations across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Azure Virtual Machines (VMs), Microsoft 365 (M365), Entra , Intune, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Purview.
Additionally, the role requires expertise in Windows, macOS, and basic SUSE Linux support, networking, printers, CCTV, POS systems, and IT setup for new showrooms/offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive IT support for end‑users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, networking, and cloud services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows PCs, Mac devices, SUSE Linux, printers, routers, and network connectivity.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, Exchange Online, Intune policies, and Entra s controls.
- Offer remote and on‑site assistance to internal teams.
IT Infrastructure & System Administration
- Manage and maintain Azure Virtual Machines (VMs) used for SAP Business One.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including email management, security policies, and data governance (Microsoft Purview).
- Support networking infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs) to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee IT security policies and monitor for potential threats.
User Management & Device Setup
- Manage device enrollments, configurations, and policies using Microsoft Intune.
- Set up and maintain workstations, user accounts, and IT peripherals.
- Provide training on best practices and security guidelines for employees.
New Office & Showroom IT Setup
- Plan, budget, and implement IT infrastructure for new showrooms and offices.
- Ensure smooth deployment of POS systems, CCTV, and network setups.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for IT equipment procurement.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain IT asset inventory, including hardware and software licensing.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and industry regulations.
- Create and update technical documentation and user guides.
Requirements:
Experience & Technical Skills
- 4-5 years of IT support experience in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure VMs, M365, Entra , Intune, and Exchange Online.
- Experience with Windows and macOS troubleshooting; basic knowledge of SUSE Linux.
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting (IP addressing, VPN setup, Wi‑Fi, LAN/WAN).
- Familiarity with POS systems, CCTV, and IT security best practices.
Problem‑Solving & Communication
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
