We are looking for a highly skilled Reporting & Insights Specialist to support IT Service Delivery. This role focuses on data-driven storytelling, executive reporting, and automation, enabling insights that guide management decisions. The candidate will create impactful reports, maintain reporting databases, and ensure accurate, actionable insights.

• Executive Reporting & Storytelling:
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports using Power BI and Power Point.
  • Translate complex Service Delivery data into clear insights, trends, and KPIs for senior management.
  • Recommend effective data presentation formats for executives and teams.
  • Mentor team members on best practices for reporting.
• Data Engineering & Automation:
  • Build and maintain reporting databases (SQL/Excel/Power BI backend).
  • Develop dashboards for executive and operational insights.
  • Automate recurring reports to reduce manual dependencies.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data.
• Collaboration & Data Collection:
  • Collect inputs from team members, PMs, developers, and vendors.
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources into unified reports.
  • Serve as the go‑to reporting and insights contact.
• Professional & Personal Discipline:
  • Work independently with accountability.
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines for recurring and ad-hoc reports.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and ensure zero‑error reporting.

• Experience:
  
  5–7 years in reporting, insights, or business analysis.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Advanced Power Point, Power BI, SQL (basic–intermediate), advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, data cleansing), reporting database management.
• Domain Knowledge: IT Service Delivery, PMO, or performance reporting; familiarity with KPIs, SLAs, escalation metrics; exposure to ITIL processes and Dev Ops preferred.
