Job DescriptionResponsible for leading SAP S/4
HANA projects and digital transformation initiatives across PIH's business units. Ensures successful delivery of scope, budget, timelines, and quality while managing stakeholders, vendors, and compliance.
- Manage end-to-end SAP S/4
HANA implementations, integrations, and data migrations. - Define scope, create project plans, and track progress.
- Coordinate UAT, training, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Act as liaison between IT, business, and vendors.
- Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Identify automation and AI opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4
HANA modules (FI/CO, MM, PP, PS, PPM). - Experience in data migration, integration, and testing.
- Familiarity with digital solutions (automation, AI, cloud).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate preferred.
Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience- 8–10 years total experience.
- Minimum 5 years managing SAP or digital transformation projects.
- SAP full-cycle implementation experience.
- GCC experience preferred.
