Overview

Contract:

1‑year, project based contract, full‑time. We’re seeking a proactive and fluent Marketing communicator to support the execution of the Microsoft Copilot Adoption Program across government entities in Qatar. This role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is passionate about driving user engagement and adoption. Responsibilities
  • Execute communication and engagement activities to support Copilot rollout.
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Develop and localize Arabic‑language content, including emails, guides, and visuals.
  • Support internal reporting and feedback collection from participating entities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of program milestones and maintain high‑quality execution standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and communications.
  • Native Arabic speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and collaborating across teams.
  • Experience in government or tech‑related projects is a plus.
