We are seeking a highly skilled Red Hat Certified Open Shift Administrator (EX280) to join our team of IT professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Red Hat Open Shift Container Platform environments. This role involves ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance of containerized applications while maintaining security and compliance standards. The candidate will collaborate closely with Dev Ops, infrastructure, and development teams to optimize cloud-native operations and CI/CD pipelines.

• Deploy, configure, and manage Red Hat Open Shift clusters on hybrid or cloud environments.
• Monitor and maintain Open Shift cluster health, performance, and capacity.
• Manage user authentication, project quotas, and access controls.
• Implement container orchestration and lifecycle management using Kubernetes and Open Shift tools.
• Troubleshoot cluster issues, including networking, storage, and deployment challenges.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and configuration changes following Red Hat best practices.
• Automate deployment processes and manage CI/CD pipelines for application delivery.
• Ensure system security through proper access control, policies, and container image management.
• Collaborate with development and Dev Ops teams for containerized application support and optimization.
• Generate reports and documentation for configuration, incidents, and system maintenance.

• Certification:
  Red Hat Certified Open Shift Administrator (EX280) – mandatory.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on experience managing Open Shift or Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong knowledge of Linux system administration (preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or similar).
• Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Podman.
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Ansible).

• Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform, Ansible Tower).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, EFK stack).
• Ability to implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
