  Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of
  integration architecture
  and
  OIC.
• Hands‑on experience with
  HDL/HSDL
  ,
  Fast Formulas
  ,
  HCM Extracts
  , and
  BI Publisher.
• Proven ability to design
  real-time inbound/outbound integrations.
• Familiarity with
  security roles, approval workflows, and compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in
  global rollouts
  and multi‑country implementations.
• Knowledge of
  Redwood UI
  ,
  Page Composer
  , and
  HCM Experience Design Studio.
• Certifications in
  Oracle HCM Cloud
  and
  OCI.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and mentor junior consultants.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
