Job DescriptionThe Lead Systems Integration Engineer is responsible for designing, architecting, and overseeing the technical implementation of SANTECHTURE's proprietary software solutions into our clients' existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems.
This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, project management capabilities, and leadership skills to drive successful, scalable, and secure system integrations across diverse regional healthcare provider landscapes. This role will also oversee the installation and customization of new data exchange interfaces, test for functionality, and train end users in using the applications. They also review the solutions architecture and assess the reliability of the solution deployment.
