Role:
Digital Delivery Programme Coordinator
Duration:
9 Months (Renewable Contract)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Digital Delivery Programme Coordinator to support the Digital Delivery Office (DDO) with structured coordination, tracking, and reporting. The role ensures visibility across all digital initiatives and provides leadership with timely, accurate updates.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update the DDO Delivery Tracker, ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are up to date.
- Consolidate progress inputs and prepare weekly/monthly reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate programme reviews, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Prepare executive presentations and summaries for senior stakeholders.
- Support administrative coordination with HR, Finance, and Procurement teams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in programme coordination or PMO support, preferably within digital transformation or IT delivery.
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Power BI.
- Excellent reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work streams.
