• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Manage DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network addressing systems.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and internet connections.
• Perform regular network security checks and apply updates/patches.
• Maintain network documentation, IP lists, and system records.
• Provide technical support for users regarding network-related problems.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for upgrades and repairs.
• Ensure network uptime, reliability, and high performance.
• Implement network backup, recovery plans, and redundancy solutions.

• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching).
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLANs, and subnetting.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
• Experience with VPN setup and remote access technologies.
• Understanding of network monitoring tools.
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux servers (added advantage).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
