Job Description
Nair Systems is currently looking for a Senior Developer for our Qatar operations with the following terms and conditions.
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Hands‑on experience with at least one ITSM platform (preferably Ivanti).
- Strong knowledge of APIs, REST, SOAP, web services, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with middleware and integration tools (Service Now Integration Hub, Mule Soft, Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, etc.).
- Knowledge of ITIL v4 practices and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB).
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL/No
SQL) and data structures. - Good troubleshooting, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
