Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Word Press Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in modern Word Press development, bring solid experience working within cloud-based environments, and be adept at solving complex technical challenges. This role requires advanced technical expertise, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, customize, and maintain Word Press applications, plugins, and themes following modern development standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
- Manage and support application deployments using Docker and CI/CD pipelines in coordination with the Dev Ops team.
- Perform advanced debugging and troubleshooting across Word Press codebases and Azure cloud resources (e.g., App Service, VMs, API Management).
- Integrate and work with REST APIs, Composer, and contemporary PHP development workflows.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to other developers within the Word Press team.
- Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability across all Word Press applications.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Word Press, including custom themes, plugins, and application development.
- Experience using Docker and working in environments supported by CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with Composer and modern PHP development practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services and related troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to debug complex issues across both application code and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
- Deep understanding of performance optimization, security best practices, and scalability for Word Press environments.
- Fluency in English preferred;
Arabic is a strong advantage.
