Mandatory Skills- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials:
Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Payables, Receivables - Strong knowledge of Asset Lifecycle Management and compliance standards
- Hands‑on experience with OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, and data migration strategies
- Proven ability to design real‑time integrations between ERP and asset management systems
- Experience in global rollouts for asset‑heavy sectors (real estate, aviation, telecom)
- Knowledge of Oracle Maintenance Cloud and integration with SCM
- Certifications in Oracle Fusion Financials and OCI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and mentor consultants
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
