Data Analyst

Gather, arrange, and inspect data metrics of a business using data analytics, data visualization, data modelling techniques and BI technologies to organize and visualize/monitor company data that can be used to drive insights into company operations and trends. Build reports and visualizations that provides insights and statistics of the process. Create new workflow models using power apps for automation process. Ensure creation and modification of existing reports and Dashboards.

Aim towards making informed decisions for improving business efficiency, increasing productivity, and driving profits for the business.

• Ensure that all data models created are with industry standard with proper documentation.
• Ensure that the data models and the data used for reporting have proper data quality checks and remove anomalies.
• Define and automate metrics to measure and report dimensions such as accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, and consistency.
• Define and improve processes for managing data along its lifecycle.
• Automate the data models with no or minimal manual invention.
• Automate the workflow process.
• Creation of visualization and reports using BI tools.
• Empowering business user on the process to be follow for successful automation.
• Ensure disputes and other process gaps are addressed in a timely manner.
• Ensure to have through understanding of the process and own end to end implementation.
• Review submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Use industry knowledge and data understanding to provide key insights to assigned Business functional areas.
• Gather report requirements from assigned Business functional areas.
• Build reports and dashboards for assigned Business functional areas.
• Apply latest SQL techniques for better performance and query tuning for optimal execution.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant domain such as Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Informatics or related technical field.
• At least 4 years of experience in data analytics with 2 years in a telecom environment.
• Strong knowledge/certification of data visualization tools, Microsoft tools managing and querying from Database using SQL and good ETL and Data management skills.
• Visualization tools expertise.
