We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant to configure, support, and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite (R12 and above) and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions. This role focuses on end-to-end supply chain processes, integrations, and full lifecycle implementations across complex enterprise environments. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe consultant will configure, maintain, and support Oracle E-Business Suite SCM modules, including Sourcing, Purchasing (PO and iProcurement), Service Procurement, Inventory (INV), Shipping and Distribution, iSupplier, and Advisory Budgeting. Responsibilities include supporting cross-functional business cycles such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Quote-to-Order (Q2O), and CPQ, including integrations with third-party systems.
The role involves delivering full lifecycle implementations and support across DEV, CRP, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production in multi-org environments. You will design, configure, test, document, and deploy system enhancements and customizations, including personalizations, AME, and Workflow, based on business requirements and gap analysis.
You will partner closely with business users to identify system improvement opportunities, lead functional enhancements, and analyze complex supply chain issues to drive timely resolution. Responsibilities include identifying process gaps, proposing improvements through standardization or automation, developing and executing test plans, and conducting rigorous quality assurance for production deliverables.
The consultant will support all SCM stages, including requisitions, sourcing, contracts, tenders, purchase orders, receipts, returns, reporting, and patch or upgrade validation. You will manage Oracle Support Service Requests (SRs), contribute to functional and technical design activities, and produce comprehensive documentation using Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM).
Additional responsibilities include gathering and translating business requirements into functional solutions, performing root-cause analysis on functional issues, conducting functional and configuration training for staff, leading knowledge-sharing sessions, managing vendor support tickets, submitting incident and change requests for CAB approval, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Financials modules.
Qualifications & ExperienceA Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is required, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle SCM functional consulting. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS SCM modules and exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM are essential. Applicable certifications are a plus.
Language RequirementBilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (reading and writing) is required.
