• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the ICT sector
• Own the end-to-end proposal development, client presentations, and market research
• Manage awarded projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables across internal teams
• Monitor project progress and report on milestones and KPIs
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
• Ensure compliance with company HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of proven experience in the ICT sector
• Energetic and proactive, with a strong ability to identify growth opportunities and build strategic partnerships
• Committed to transitioning into project management, with proven capability to lead projects from initiation to completion
• Comfortable working on-site and managing field teams effectively
• Knowledge in CRM tools, proposal development, an advantage
