Position OverviewWe are looking for an Entry‑Level Sales Executive with strong English communication skills and a solid understanding of computer hardware components, basic troubleshooting, and general software usage. The ideal candidate should be confident speaking to customers, recommending suitable products, and supporting the sales process. This role suits someone who wants to begin a career in sales within the IT and computer industry, enjoys customer interaction, and is eager to learn and grow within the company.
Responsibilities- Assist walk‑in customers and handle phone/online inquiries professionally.
- Recommend suitable computer products, hardware components, and basic IT solutions based on customer needs.
- Explain product features clearly and help customers make informed decisions.
- Support customers through the entire sales and billing process.
- Work towards meeting monthly sales targets.
- Conduct follow‑up calls, messages, and emails to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records in the internal system/CRM.
- Assist in preparing quotations and product lists for clients.
- Provide helpful and responsive customer service.
- Answer basic technical questions related to hardware, accessories, and common software issues.
- Ensure customers have a smooth experience before and after purchase.
- Assist with displaying products, managing inventory updates, and preparing the store for daily operations.
- Support the team with tasks such as checking product availability, preparing invoices, and handling simple system checks.
- Coordinate with the technical team when customer issues need installation or advanced troubleshooting.
- Participate in small promotional activities, product demonstrations, or local events when needed.
- Support online promotions, social media updates, or simple outreach tasks.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of computer hardware parts, components, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to use common software applications and handle simple system tasks.
- Confident speaking ability with interest in sales and customer service.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work as part of a team.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
