What We're Looking For:
We're hiring experienced desk-side support technicians based in Doha, Qatar, for long-term onsite support at our customers' offices. Ideal candidates are reliable, local, and ready to jump in with a flexible, on-demand schedule.
Schedule:
Our customer requires on-site support on an ad hoc / ticketing basis, with the possibility of additional days if the need arises. There is also the possibility of scheduled projects arising in the future.
Payment:
Our Support offers flexible hourly/daily rates, based on the candidate's experience, to be paid in USD.
Requirements:
- Legally living in Qatar
- 2+ years of hands-on IT Support experience
- Currently freelancing or working a flexible schedule
- Strong professionalism, communication, and on-site troubleshooting skills
