Job Description - Salesforce Solution Architect (CREQ

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to design, build, and lead technical solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flows, Apex, and platform integrations, with hands‑on leadership experience in guiding teams and delivering scalable business solutions. Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) is preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Provide technical leadership to developers and administrators, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Architect and implement solutions using Salesforce Flows, Apex, and declarative tools.
- Oversee and contribute to the development of integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Review technical designs, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot issues across Salesforce applications.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices to drive innovation.
- 8 to 10 years of total IT experience with at least 6+ years on Salesforce platform.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform features.
- Strong hands‑on skills in Salesforce Flows, Apex Classes, Triggers, and Batch Apex.
- Experience designing and implementing end‑to‑end integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc).
- Good understanding of security model, sharing rules, and governor limits within Salesforce.
- Working knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
- Ability to lead a technical team, set coding standards, and conduct reviews.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Architect certifications (preferred).
- Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly Azure Dev Ops (knowledge of Copado/Gearset is a plus).
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
