ZAPCART is a leading technology distributor and solution provider headquartered in Qatar & UAE, delivering advanced IT, security, networking, and infrastructure solutions to B2B and B2C clients. We are seeking a Chip Level Repair Technician / Executive with strong diagnostic and micro-soldering skills to support our repair and service operations.

• Perform chip-level diagnosis and repair on laptops, desktops, servers, and electronic devices
• Identify and troubleshoot motherboard-level faults
• Carry out micro-soldering, IC replacement, BIOS programming, and component-level repairs
• Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and hot air stations
• Repair power, display, charging, and boot-related issues
• Maintain accurate service reports and repair documentation
• Ensure quality standards and timely turnaround of repairs
• Coordinate with technical and service teams

• Diploma or certification in Electronics / Hardware Engineering
• Proven experience in chip-level repairing
• Strong knowledge of circuit diagrams, schematics, and board layouts
• Hands-on experience with BGA, SMD components, and rework stations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with laptops, servers, and enterprise hardware preferred
• Experience in Qatar/UAE service environments is an advantage
