We are looking for a skilled and customer‑focused Technical Trainer with strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot, certified as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, creating adoption‑focused content, and supporting the technical team with foundational knowledge of Agents implementation. This role plays a key part in driving Copilot adoption across entities and ensuring users are empowered to leverage its full potential.

Key Responsibilities Training & Enablement- Deliver interactive workshops, webinars, and hands‑on sessions tailored to various user groups.
- Customize training content to align with business functions and user roles.
- Develop high‑quality training materials, user guides, videos, and adoption toolkits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.
- Track user engagement and adoption metrics across entities.
- Provide regular reports and insights to improve adoption strategies. Technical Support & Collaboration
- Possess working knowledge of Agents implementation to support the technical team during deployment and troubleshooting.
- Act as a bridge between training and technical delivery teams to ensure seamless user experience.
- Serve as a Copilot SME, advising on use cases, best practices, and user enablement strategies.
- Support presales and delivery teams with training‑related technical input.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align training programs with business goals.
- Offer post‑training support and gather feedback to continuously improve delivery.
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) – required
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Copilot training and enablement
- Familiarity with Agents implementation and ability to support technical teams
- Strong instructional design and content development capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking adoption metrics
- Customer‑centric approach with a passion for digital transformation
- Experience in national‑level skilling programs or enterprise transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI‑driven productivity tools
- Background in technical consulting or user enablement
