Must-Have
Skills:
- Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) configuration
- Business Process Mapping
- Strong communication / stakeholder management
- Relevant Dynamics 365 certification
Serve as the subject matter expert to analyze, design, and configure
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales/Customer Service/Field Service)
to meet the specific business requirements of the Real Estate company.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Configure Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Lead/Opportunity Management for property sales, Customer Service for tenant relations).
- Develop training materials and conduct end‑user training.
- Work closely with the Technical team during customization and deployment.
