Ideal Candidate is a Knowledge & Digital Workplace Strategist, who already made a significant experience creating a Modern Collaborative Enterprise envinroments to generate efficiency in the processes and fast moving track among all Directors-CXOs. This is NOT an IT implentation project, developing a solution more instead building a modern collavborative Enterprise system powered by AI tool
Tasks / Activities assigned- 1) Knowledge & Collaboration Needs Assessment , mapping current collaboration habits, pain points, tools usage, and knowledge flows
- 2) Define ownership models , lifecycle rules, naming conventions, access policies, establishing roles and responsibilities
- 3) Design intuitive content hierarchies , storage logic, and cross-team workflows, defining standards for documentation, tagging, templates, and versioning
- 4) Suggest the right tools and AI add-ons to enhance collaboration and KM
- 5) Identify opportunities for AI-powered search , summarization, suggestions
- 6) Build training plans, playbooks , and onboarding paths for users, creating champions network and change-management initiatives
- 7) Define KPIs : search success rate, time to information, reusability, tool adoption, setting continuous feedback loops and quarterly optimization cycles
- 1) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
- 2) Proven experience in Knowledge Management and Digital Workplace Design, it’s absolutely needed to demonstrate case histories and success in implementation rate in other companies before
- 3) Local presence in Qatar with knowledge of Vision 2030 requirements
- 4) Capability to deliver change management, if needed
- 5) Excel, PowerPoint for executive business case presentations
- 6) Strong quantitative mindset
- 7) Excellent communication and synthesis capabilities
- 8) Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- 9) English (fluent)
- 10) Arabic is a plus
Doha, initial 100% on-ground, remote if needed after a while

Period of engagementinitial 3-4 months for Diagnostic, then setup a common Calendar with the Client, based on outcome delivered and Implenement Plan
