Project Manger

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Digital Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead cross‑functional teams, drive digital projects end‑to‑end, and ensure alignment with organizational strategy to achieve operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Digital Transformation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify opportunities for digitisation, and define project scope.
• Develop project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and milestone tracking.
• Monitor project progress using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools; escalated issues and propose solutions proactively.
• Ensure adoption of digital tools, platforms, and automation solutions across business functions.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate project updates, benefits, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition and employee adoption of digital processes.
• Manage relationships with vendors, technology partners, and internal IT teams.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, standards, and cybersecurity policies.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field;
  Master’s preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, or hybrid).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with digital tools and platforms such as ERP, CRM, cloud solutions, AI/ML initiatives, or process automation.
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
• Change management and organisational transformation expertise.
• Strong risk management and decision‑making skills.
• Team player with strong collaboration and negotiation skills.
• Adaptability to work in fast‑paced, evolving digital environments.
