We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Digital Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead cross‑functional teams, drive digital projects end‑to‑end, and ensure alignment with organizational strategy to achieve operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Digital Transformation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify opportunities for digitisation, and define project scope.
- Develop project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and milestone tracking.
- Monitor project progress using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools; escalated issues and propose solutions proactively.
- Ensure adoption of digital tools, platforms, and automation solutions across business functions.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate project updates, benefits, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition and employee adoption of digital processes.
- Manage relationships with vendors, technology partners, and internal IT teams.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance, standards, and cybersecurity policies.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field;
Master’s preferred. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, or hybrid).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with digital tools and platforms such as ERP, CRM, cloud solutions, AI/ML initiatives, or process automation.
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
- Change management and organisational transformation expertise.
- Strong risk management and decision‑making skills.
- Team player with strong collaboration and negotiation skills.
- Adaptability to work in fast‑paced, evolving digital environments.
